I “zing” when I am choreographing - the sheer rush I get when combining music and movement gives me an energy that is completely fulfilling. I create work that connects my artistic soul to those of my dancers. Their physical movement on stage is a reflection of my own soul. Expressing myself in this way is the most important principle in my creative process.

I believe in relationships, friendships, honesty and love and spend as much of my free time as possible being social. I have been blessed to have great girlfriends. These friendships have taught me about tough love, intimacy, trust, and how to make sense of the world around me. My friends inspire me to become a better person and more articulate artist.

Dance is the medium that I know. My studies of the anatomical structure of the body and my experience in life combine to help me display the way that I see the world with passion and freedom. I rely on the energy of the body as my guide. Moving through space with strength and grace is my addiction.
